Pamela Springsteen is back for another slashing performance as Angela, a murderous camper who returns to Camp Rolling Hills where she previously had killed most of the campers.
The camp reopens under an inept new management team played by Michael J. Pollard and Sandra Dorsey. This is the ideal setting for Angela, who is dedicated to doing her job of eliminating "immoral" teenagers.
Armed with an arsenal of knives, guns, ropes, axes and even a lawnmower, Angela puts away everybody except for Marcia (Tracy Griffith) and her boyfriend. In a no-holds-barred cat fight, Marcia and Angela battle to the death.
Who will emerge victorious among the ruins of the Teenage Wasteland?
